Founded by Ritesh Reddy in 2008, o2 Spa Salon Private Limited (formerly known as ‘Masti Health and Beauty Pvt. Ltd.) has rapidly grown to become the largest operator of Spas in India. It currently operates 60+ Spas under the “o2 Spa” brand across India and UAE. The Spas are located across 5 formats in India - Airports, Hotels, Malls, High Streets, Corporate Offices, and at Hotels in UAE. It also operates on the prestigious luxury trains, Palace on Wheels and Royal Rajasthan on Wheels.

The Company is a partner of choice for leading hotel brands in India including Taj, Marriott, Radisson, Novotel, Hilton and Lemon Tree. The Company currently services 600+ guests every day and offers a complete range of spa services including massages, body scrubs, hair services and skin services. In order to secure a supply of trained therapists for its own requirement, the Company has established its own residential academy to train students. An investment by BanyanTree will allow o2 to expand into newer geographies. BanyanTree has a representation on the Board.
